Fab stay, house was perfect all rooms are a great size. All very clean, George was a great host, gave clear instructions and left us a welcome hamper which was fab! Excellent location, tram stop right outside house which we used every day.

Great communication from both George and his daughter before and during our stay. We were a large mixed family with age ranges from 6-87. The house suited our needs perfectly, peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Right across the (busy!) road from Starr Gate tram stop which was ideal for going further into Blackpool and back. Some of us walked it to the North Pier so it absolutely is possible depending on mobility. The house itself was clean and well equipped. The two upstairs bedrooms have nice sea views and a balcony in one. George was friendly and flexible with our arrival time. He met us at the house with some lovely welcome treats. Much appreciated and thanks for a great stay! We would recommend and return.

We loved this house & feel sure we'll return. Amazing welcome pack, best we've ever had! We were a party of 8 and had more than enough room. House spotlessly clean & well equipped. Loved being so close to the beach with lovely views from the front bedroom windows, balcony to these rooms a real bonus.
