Fabulous hosts , nothing too much trouble , had a fantastic breakfast and great nights sleep , what else could you ask for .

This was a lovely clean Airbnb. Jane greeted us warmly and looked after us very well. The house is near a bus stop and although on the main road was very quiet. It was very accessible to Chichester, West Wittering, Bosham and many other places in a beautiful part of the world with lots to see and do. Plenty of parking and a delightful little patio outside the room which would be brilliant in the warmer weather.

Would highly recommend this lovely B&B. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, great value for money. The room is so comfortable with lovely personal touches that makes the stay more special. The bed was so comfortable. Look forward to returning for another visit soon.

Thank you Jane for an amazing stay. The room was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and we had a great night's sleep. We appreciated the privacy this B&B offered, as the rooms are ensuite and seperate from the family home. Breakfast was delicious and made from local produce. As a vegetarian, I was pleased that meat free sausages were available and I also enjoyed perfectly runny poached eggs and freshly baked croissants. The B&B is a very short drive to the quaint Bosham waterfront (it is also walkable) and the Bosham train station makes it easily accessible by public transport. Jane was able to suggest local walks to enjoy during our stay. I will surely return
