Red Cricket 22 Enjoy this great location with a deck in the Schweitzer Mountain Resort. This cute rental is the perfect mountain getaway for two to three lucky guests. The garage offers covered parking for one car as well as a convenient ski locker. In the summer months, enjoy the shared tennis courts or take a hike through the nearby mountains. What’s nearby: This condo is cozy, inviting, and a great spot for easy walks into the village of Schweitzer Mountain. Grab a hot chocolate and enjoy some fun around the Village Campfire. This home is also a short drive away from Colburn, Sandpoint, and the Kaniksu National Forest. Things to know: Free Wifi Full kitchen (no dishwasher and small fridge) The parking space for guests is labeled Zoellner. *Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This place was easily accessible to the mountain for skiing (the only reason why we came to Schweitzer). Only complaint is the Kitchen is VERY limited. I've never had to bring my own coffee filters to an Airbnb. I reached out to Vacasa to bring some because I thought they had run out. However they texted me back saying, "We do not provide coffee filters......." . So we improvised with paper towels. So if you stay here, DON'T forget to bring your coffee filters AND make sure your coffee is ground (there's no coffee grinder either).
This place was a fantastic place to stay. 7 min walk to the lifts. We were well stocked on towels. Warm and comfortable with card and board games in the closet. However, there wasn't any coffee there, which I forgot to bring, oof. That was a fumble on my part. The bed in the bedroom was a bit old and uncomfortable, but the couch pull out bed was a welcome amenity during our stay. Also, there wasn't a chef's knife to cut the vegetables we brought. Overall, the stay, cost, and quality of the place were to our liking. I would stay here again except next time I will be prepared with kitchen utensils and coffee. 😅
