This bungalow was as described on the listing and ideal for a family visiting in Summer; the outdoor facilities were good. Angela’s communication was excellent although some messages seemed auto-generated as info on Wi-Fi/beach passes was dated. But for two well travelled seniors visiting just out of season it fell a little short of expectation when comparing cost against the experience. Although comfortably furnished in most areas the bedroom furniture was dated and of poor quality compared to other rooms. The thin curtains allowed light from the adjacent property to flood the bedroom at night making sleep difficult. Additionally, although the potential noise from neighbours did not occur, the on/off generator was also disturbing overnight. Finally the water pressure from the shower was poor. In sum, a comfortable property but it does not compare favourably with hotel accommodation in a similar price-range. We curtailed our visit after 3 of 4 days in favour of a hotel.

We stayed at Angela's place and had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and the living room, kitchen and bathroom were much larger in person vs the pics! The whole place has a great beach feel and is really comfortable. It's literally 1 block from the beach and at a point at the beach where there are bathrooms and food right there. These were even open after labor day, which is when we stayed. Great value for the money and I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Angela's Airbnb is perfect, comfortable and spacious. One block away from the beach is ideal walking distance. The outdoor patio and shower was nice to have available to us. The location is in a pretty neighborhood with very good places to eat and explore. We will definitely book again.

Angela's place was perfect for our four day trip to Belmar. You can't beat the location, a block from the beach and walkable to a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, bars, etc. The space was clean and Angela's communication was on point! Happy to recommend and would stay here again!

Cute and definitely well suited for a family. The yard is fenced in which was really great for our two toddlers. They offered great amenities for the kids. It’s our own fault that we missed on the listing that we needed to bring our own towels and bedsheets + only street parking (which is difficult on the weekends). However Angela was very accommodating with the parking in the driveway which was extremely helpful. The hosts were very responsive. The washer, dryer and outdoor shower were all really great to have. These things really added to the comfort of our stay. The house is also very walkable to places you may want to go. Overall we had a great time here and would recommend staying here.
