Faine was unbelievably responsive. Always within a few minutes we had what we needed and answers to questions. The place was great. Didn't realize it was second floor, but no big deal. The bathroom is a bit small for 4 guests, but luckily, they have an awesome outdoor shower that work really well. The area is really nice with fantastic restaurants within an easy walk. and they also include bikes, so that was a plus.

We had a great stay in Belmar. The cottage was a great location for us…a short walk to restaurants, the beach and a great playground. The beach passes and the beach chairs/towels made a trip to the beach so easy, and the outdoor shower was so nice to come home to after a day in the sun!

Faine is an excellent host and has a great place. We have a four month old Golden Retriever and she loved it there and got along great with Faine's Lab, Jetty. The accommodations are very clean. The second floor deck is spacious and breezy. Great for hanging out and relaxing. Location is fantastic. Two blocks from the town of Belmar, shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Beach a few blocks in the other direction. Everything can be gotten to by bicycle. Bring your own or use the two Faine supplies. I highly recommend this Bungalow for a beach stay.

Location, location! This cute back house gave us everything we needed to stay in or easily head out on foot to cute neighborhood bars, coffee shops and, of course, the beach (with badges to boot!). Faine was a perfect host - accommodating, friendly and communicative. I highly recommend both Belmar and this house if you’re looking to spend time down the shore.
