The house was great. Exactly as described. I wish the weather was nicer so that we could’ve enjoyed the outside space.

Marc was incredible to work with. He was super communicative, was helpful throughout our stay, and his place was absolutely lovely. There is a great patio we all hung out on and then we were able to get rest in the two separate living quarters. Only small issue is the living room is quite tiny for 8, but the whole point of being at the beach is to go outside and enjoy the weather and the sun, so we made everything work. Honestly, my friends kept finding little touches that made them so happy about their eclectic little airbnb by the sea.

The Cozy Eclectic Cottage was perfect for our family’s late summer long weekend at the beach. Everything was as described and Marc was friendly and responsive. We especially enjoyed some of the fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden that Marc invited us to use.

What a great space. The house and all amenities were excellent. The house is decorated so nicely. Extremely clean and functional kitchen and bathrooms. It was nice to not have to bring towels and sheets. Marc has everything you could need in the kitchen. We loved the patio and how Marc has it set up. We cooked out on the grill and ate our meals on the patio. Mark even has a lovely garden which he graciously allowed us to use. The tomato's were delicious. What a great location as well. We had nice walks around lake Como and bike rides (many bikes to choose from) to the beach. If all goes as plan we hope to be back next summer. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with my family!
