My family and I stayed for 6 nights and was not disappointed in the slightest. Great communication from booking to check out and the place was amazing . As soon as we walked in, the place was immaculate and inviting. Friendly neighbours made us feel welcome and being able to walk straight down to the beach was a massive plus . This is somewhere we will definitely revisit and couldn’t recommend it enough to others . All amenities were clean and had all the creature comforts to make the stay all that much better . Very happy and will absolutely be booking again in The future.

When we arrived the property's floor and lounges were covered in sand, the floor felt greasy, the fly screens and door tracks had not been cleaned for a very long time and there was also mould around alot of the windows. Having paid a cleaning fee and good money for this rental, you would expect to walk into a clean property. We vacuumed ourselves so we could start our holiday then called O'Meara, who were not apologetic, simply said they could send out the cleaner again. All 9 of us should not have to vacate the premises to allow the cleaners to do their job which should have been done before we arrived. The next issue was a water leak and damage to the roof in one of the bedrooms in the middle of the night, This woke two of us at 330am. We put buckets underneath to catch the water, emptying them every 2hrs initially to save the floor and furniture, and we slept on the lounge. We understand this can happen with older properties and don't blame O'Meara for the incident, however it was how it was handled and the lack of customer service which was unacceptable. We contacted O'Meara the next morning as soon as possible after the incident. We were told they would send someone out to look at it . No one came to view the damage to our knowledge, no apologies, and no compensation for having to sleep on the lounge for 3 out the of the 4 nights we rented the property. Also no acknowledgement of our care to protect the floor and furniture. If we had not of put buckets until the leak there would have been buckets of water throughout the whole house. Upon checkout we raised these issues once again with O'Meara in person, who were once again unapologetic and continued to pass the buck to the owner. We were told the owner would not be offering any reimbursements, but would offer $200 off if we wanted to stay again. Unbelievable that the owner would think we would ever stay there again! If I was the owner of this property I would be very disappointed to know the lack of care they have for your property and they are causing you to lose business here. We travel alot and use air bnb for all our accommodation bookings and this is the first time it has been through a real estate and not an owner, and we will not be doing this again. You would think the owner of this company would want to change this public opinion, instead of passing the blame onto the customers and sweeping the issues under the carpet. O'Meara this looks really bad, to everyone else don't rent through or use this real estate! It's not worth your time or money.
