Jenny provided a lovely welcome for us and our puppy, it got our mini break off to a fantastic start. Jenny is a thoughtful proactive host. We had a problem with the fridge and hairdryer which Jenny & Bill sorted immediately. Friendly responsive hosts. We felt comfortable and at home. It is a peaceful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may return one day. 😊 Thank you so much!

This is a well-kept, very clean property. The location is perfect, and very quiet as it is off a back alley. The owners left us a lovely basket of goodies which were truly appreciated. It would have been nice for a booklet of instructions for things such as how to use the radiators as they are quite different from ours in Canada, and what to do with the trash and recycling. The only issue during our stay was the lack of internet due to the owner accidentally cutting through the cable in the garden. We had to purchase UK data cards for our phones to use the internet instead of the wi-fi. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for any other travellers.

Had a lovely stay at Jenny’s Airbnb. Home was clean, comfortable, warm and great location. Nice walk nearby for dogs. Lovely welcome pack- best we have ever had! Great friendly communication. Ideal for us to base to catch up with family and friends in and around Bristol. Would definitely recommend.

Jenny was an exceptional host. Excellent communication, she quickly resolved a minor issue and was very helpful. The home is a lovely little place, very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The little welcome box was a very sweet touch. We had a 4 month old baby, and Jenny was very accommodating, setting up a cot so we didn’t have to bring one. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back x

We stayed for 7 nights at Jenny’s place. Right from the time we booked the place, Jenny has been such a nice host who was giving us very clear instructions making our way to arrive there super smooth. Jenny was super flexible when it came to check-in / check-out times. When we arrived at the place, Jenny was so kind to welcome us with a personal message left in a basket full of goodies and essentials (breads, croissants, fruits, snacks, crisps, etc). Not only that, fridge was filled with fresh milk, juices, beers, butter, jam, etc. The place is very private with a separate entrance and views from the bedrooms are so calming overlooking green area of well kept garden. House was so well kept and it was even more nicer than the pictures. During the entire stay, Jenny was very helpful with every request we asked for. On the day we left, Jenny again wrote a personalised card wishing us good luck as we were moving into our new home! Great place, beautiful home and fantastic hosts! ❤️❤️
