Nicely tucked away from surrounding, close to the motorway but not noticable from the road. Beautiful cafe right next door which is part of the garden centre. Everyone's really helpful and polite. Owners messaged back quickly to answer any questions. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits availble in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies available. Clear instruction to the thermostat heaters for each room. Bathrooms clean, towels available in the wardrobes, hair dryer, toilet rolls, soaps and shower gels. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing. We didn’t know what to expect when reading it was in a garden centre but it’s still very private and homely. It’s really nice having access to the gardens and seeing the goats just next door. The garden annex was so well thought out for both our kids (4 and 2) with toys and plastic plates, bowls and cutlery in the cupboard.

Very nice place for four. Can very much recommend. Quiet surroundings, easy parking, access to the beautiful formal garden of the garden centre, where there is also a playground for children. Practical layout with spacious lounge. Thoughtfully furnished, everything you might need. Nice touch to have a permanent outside table, with morning sun for breakfast outside (weather permitting).

We had a great stay at the garden annex, lovely place and the host was very welcoming. Highly recommend.
