The place is in a great location being right between Bryce and Zion which made it easy for us to visit both over the long weekend. Our 12 person group had everything we needed from beds to clean bathrooms and felt right at home. We loved the amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, and beautiful scenery. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for home cooked dinners and made us feel like we were home. Ty was great with his instructions and super responsive.

One word for this place is quality. We enjoyed the little extras, like lotion and kitchen supplies. The decor is nice, the hot tub was fun and we had time to do a couple of puzzles. Location was perfect for our visits to Bryce and Zion National Parks. One problem, since we were there during off season, was finding groceries and places to eat. We found both at Duck Creek Village, although the groceries were limited and expensive. Mt. Carmel would also have the Thunderbird Restaurant and a Family Dollar. We would definitely recommend this place- great for a large family or group.

Our family of 13 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was beyond well stocked with kitchen appliances, paper goods, and even had office supplies and first aid supplies. The kitchen was huge and great for preparing a meal as a group. The big dining table was fantastic for our whole family to sit and eat together, as well. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk room, playing on the playground and trampoline, and learning to play pool. And with so many people, the 2 washers and dryers were SO useful!

The host was more than willing to help. Sent someone to help with the water heater right away and was working from then on. Great place to stay. Thought about all the amenities someone would need and had them available.

We loved this home! We came with 3 families, 15 people total, 3 of those were kids and there was enough room For all of us! The park was awesome for the kids and the jacuzzi was nice! We would recommend to anyone
