We booked this Airbnb last minute and Francisco was very responsive (answering within minutes) and helpful with all my questions. I was working remote so I needed to make sure the internet was good, and it was great! I had no issues with speed or connection at all. The beds were really comfortable with the softest sheets I've ever slept on. Everything felt very clean and fresh. The beach was beautiful, residents in the building cleaned the beach every morning so there was no sea weed or shells. The condo was really well designed, beautiful furniture, smart TV with netflix, etc. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great, the 4th bathroom near the kitchen smelt a bit like sewage, but it was very clean and we just kept the door shut so it didn't bother us. Finally the location was really easy to find, there are some restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and we used uber to visit Progreso which only cost like $3 CAD each time. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We stayed five nights at Francisco's place. The apartment is lovely. Comfortable and clean. View is gorgeous. Francisco was extremely responsive and the onsite caretaker was helpful. We ate in some great restaurants, visited the local cenotes, went on a boat trip in the Rio de Chelem and generally had a relaxing time. Would recommend.

Es un departamento hermoso! Tal cual como en las fotos Esta muy limpio, organizado, cómodo Los baños en los tres cuartos son completos y grandes. Con vestidor el principal Los otros con closet espaciosos Los muebles de muy buen gusto. La terraza muy grande con comedor y sala Todo se ve nuevo y moderno La cocina con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y espacioso. Muy lindo y agradable el lugar. Lo súper recomiendo ! La pasamos muy agusto 😃

Francisco’s apartment was great - spacious, well appointed, and had lovely views of the ocean. I just loved hearing the ocean waves over coffee in the morning and as I laid in bed at night. Pool was a bit too refreshing for me (understandable since it was December), but the Ocean was really nice and had a calm and shallow entry which was great for kids. Francisco was a very nice, communicative and flexible host.
