I enjoyed staying here for 4 nights. But the area is quite busy and noise as it’s just in the middle of the local market. But you can get fairly cheap groceries and cook food in your room. The roof wasn’t as described, not really any space to hang clothes or cozy area to sit and relax. Xuân is very quick to respond and very helpful. Bathroom light fuse blew one night and got fixed day after:) I would stay here again but it’s a bit of a walk to old quarter. Bathroom could be much cleaner and also the dishes available. Had to wash everything before usage, as there was food still on it. The bed was nice and comfortable but duvet sheet had stains and holes on it. Overall it’s a fine stay.

The apartment is nice and the bed comfortable, Xuan is responsive. However, there were some issues that affected my stay. Noise starts at 5:30 AM every day ,this was challenging for me as a light sleeper, and I would advise future guests to take this into consideration. Additionally, the apartment is located in a wet market area where meat, fish, and other items are sold, the market being on the street, taxis will not drive you near the place. You will need to continue your way walking. For my own check-in, it was late and dark, and I didn't find the place easily. Moreover, the first floor where I was staying had two windows. One with a a view of a wall 1 meter away, and the second one brought plenty of light but overlooked the roof of the market. Note that Xuan has listings in 2 different areas. Please make sure you know where you are booking, as I was misled by messages saying it was quiet. There were also some discrepancies, like a microwave and sofa listed were not present.

Had an amazing stay here, I was getting tired of the hostels and wanted some time for myself. Xuan, the host, was very helpful and understanding. The place matched the pictures perfectly.
