Great private getaway next to the Pier action of Cocoa Beach! Very well kept and spacious with an easy walk out to the beach. Hosts do a great job of making sure you have everything you need, even the rocket launch schedule! Would definitely return again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s place!! The house is right on the beach, it’s so sunny, light , and cozy. It is also bigger than what it looked in the pictures. Lynn let us know about the upcoming launches, which was great! Overall, we had such a comfortable stay, would love to be back!

This was our first time staying in Cocoa Beach and we had the best time staying here. The location was perfect. We had direct access to the beach, quick drive to Kennedy Space center and an easy 45 min drive to Orlando. Lynn had lots of brochures for local spots to visit and for dining options. The house had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. We hope to visit again!

Wonderful stay! Would absolutely stay here again. The private beach access won us over and the cottage was clean and inviting.
