We were in Des Moines for a concert during some adverse weather. Ryan stayed in constant communication with us to make sure we were aware of the warnings and provided updates on the severity and timing of the storms. The house was spacious and lovely, the support and kindness was so very much appreciated. Great stay, great host definitely a 5 star!!! Thank you!!!!

Ryan was amazing starting even before we arrived. We ended up having some unique circumstances and Ryan offered us a way to make sure we were going to be taken care of. While we were there we only had one reason to contact Ryan and he responded really fast. Typically I would have expected an hour or more, but not Ryan! The place was gorgeous and cozy. We loved it! Oh, and if you like a quieter room with a little extra privacy - take the downstairs room - comfortable and private. Thank you Ryan & Carrie.

Perfect spot for a weekend stay to just disconnect and relax. Close to the highway so short drives to whatever you may be in town for. Hands down one of the most well appointed kitchens in any BnB I've stayed out. Absolutely everything you need to cooksl meals large or small. The basement was a fun spot to hangout, play cards and listen to music. The outdoor setup will be great for warm weather activities with the deck and fire pit as well as the garden. We hope to return with other family members.

My family absolutely loved our stay at Ryan and Carrie's house--it was the perfect place for our annual family creative retreat. Enough room for us to spread out and do our own creative pursuits, lots of natural light and inspiration, comfortable beds and plenty of kitchenware for us to make all our meals. Highly recommend!
