Relax in this beautiful open concept house. This home was completed in the fall of 2020, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen open to the family room, and laundry. The home is located just 12 minutes from downtown Des Moines, the state fairgrounds and the state Capitol. Within minutes you can visit The District, the entertainment center of Prairie Trail, Ankeny. It offers special events, concerts, spas, boutique shopping, yoga/fitness studios, coffee shops, and many dining options.

Brenda communicated often and was very response to questions. The house itself is gorgeous, very modern with a nice, peaceful patio to sit out early in the morning or at night. The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you could possibly need. We rented the place to have a spot to land while moving into town. It was the perfect spot to come back to after all the stress of moving across the country.
Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful place outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Would definitely recommend and also would stay again.
