I’d definitely recommend Kim’s place if you’re looking for something peaceful and right on the beach. I wouldn’t suggest this place to families. It definitely gave the vibe of an older community. Overall our stay was perfect! I will say that it’s expected for the guests to wash, dry, and put away all dishes, as well as take the trash out. If not you’ll be charged an extra fee. I can totally understand removing trash, and not leaving the place a mess, but the expectations kind of irked me a bit being that they already charge a substantial cleaning fee! The home was easy to find, great directions were given, and the apartment was in good condition with all of the basics needed. Plenty of towels and washcloths as well, which was greatly appreciated.

This was the perfect place for the 4 of us. It was very spacious we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It was clean and comfortable felt right at home. It was so nice to have the beach right there and not have to go anywhere. The restaurant suggestions were fantastic and it was nice to have a nice place to walk every morning. It was soooo close to sunset park we walked over there every night to see the sunset. I would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. The condo & entire property is clean & well taken care of. We love that it has a pool & beach on the ocean. Also located right by Sunset Park is great. Kim is very responsive to any questions or needs.
