Ann you’re an awesome host, you gave lot of Great info about places to go and things to do. Our stay was amazing, the condo is beautiful it has everything. It was a perfect home away from home. The beach was beautiful! my kids loved it here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure.

The apartment is part of a complex with pool and private beach (not the biggest, but its there and super nice to have at your doorstep), pool and other amenities. Its fairly simple, and the pictures are quite good - they are not lying, but they hide the fact that the place has a little bit of basement feel to it, although its indeed ground floor. Guess its because its in the corner of the building. And maybe its a "Keys" thing, but its a little moisty when you first come in. Disappears after you open the doors and windows, and didn't destroy anything for us. We were a family of 4, incl an infant and the two big bedrooms made it comfortable for us to stay there. Kitchen is really well equipped and possible cook the meals the local food at home. Maybe it should have gotten 4 stars, but price/value takes it to 5. Would definitely recommend.

If not for the powerful & repugnant smell of mold our stay would have been very nice. I reported it immediately and was told there was no mold and that it may be the cleaning products used! The smell was so bad every time you entered from fresh air, it was disgusting. Anne said she checked it as soon as we left and found nothing😂. Be very suspicious if there is now a strong flowery smell that is hiding the smell. I was told that it might be the “cleaning products” that were used. If not for the noxious odour our stay would have been perfect. The biggest disappointment to me beyond the smell was that Anne told me after we left that she saw us a couple times and we seemed so happy. I reported a problem, Anne saw us but never bothered to introduce herself or ask us if it had gotten better……which it had not. Be aware if it now smells like beautiful flowers, something might be lurking.

We had a fantastic stay at Anne's place. Very spacious, clean and well equipped condo. The swimming pool and access to gorgeous quiet beach were great. We loved the sunset celebration at the neighbouring Sunset Beach every evening. Anne provided us with excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants before we arrived. The condo is an excellent base to explore Marathon and beyond and we would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Anne!
