Rakhi’s place is well appointed, clean and in a picturesque setting. I love that this place felt like a true Air B n B with condiments in the refrigerator, spices in spice rack, baking goods etc. Decor is super cute and the copper roof made for incredibly relaxing sleep when it rained. Really private, maybe had 3?? Cars drive by the entire weekend. The area is so gorgeous, the driftless hills and bluffs are so unique. We drove to La Crosse one day to see the Mississippi and grab lunch and did the Taliesin Tour with dinner in Spring Green the other day. I would absolutely come back in the summer to explore more of the rivers and trails!

Rakhi was very quick on his responses which was awesome! I really appreciated the fact that we were getting to the Airbnb later than planned on a cold night and they went and made sure the heat was on and the house was warm when we arrived! Great home & peaceful location made our weekend perfect!

This cozy cabin met our expectations. The fireplace was a delightful touch, along with the outdoor grill which the host was kind enough to leave both firewood and gas for us.

Took my middle schooler to this spot in the driftless area for a nature getaway over spring break. The hosts were super communicative, even before arriving to let us know about the neighbor coming to do snow removal, and giving extra detailed instructions on entry, general info on the cabin, etc. Unfortunately, it ended up being too cold and snowy for most of the time we were there to enjoy as many outdoor activities such as the Kickapoo river and trails recommended, as they weren’t open for the spring/summer season yet/due to the weather. We hiked the wildcat mountain trail one day which was super close to the house, and my only recommendation would be if there are any more activities to do nearby, aside from weather-dependent ones, that would be great! Overall very cozy and clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations as far as comfort and necessities. The pullout couch wasn’t super comfortable, but the bed in the loft was very much so. The wood stove was great!
