This Airbnb was perfectly situated near Hongdae and transportation. You share the space with 4 other girls, I met wonderful people while staying there for 6 months. Unfortunately, the place doesn’t exactly look like the pictures, it’s getting old and the mold grows fearly often. I feel like it’s being downplayed by the host despite it being a real concern. Also, I knew beforehand there were additional bills but the amount surprised me: starting 30 euros but more like 40 to 60 euros every month. That makes the rent higher not only during winter and you still have to pay for some facilities. Finally, that is a personal feeling but I do not feel completely confortable with the host. She is pretty nice at first and can be helpful. But most of the time, the response is not enough. I guess the miscommunication is easy when you don’t speak the same language but the way she handles communication is sometimes by invading personal space. The place will leave me a bittersweet note.

I had a wonderful stay at Zara house. Seunghee was a very polite and responsive host. I did have an issue in the beginning getting into the apartment due to lack of knowledge regarding touch locks, but Seunghee was prompt and get me the info I needed.

Stayed here for 4,5 months without any problems. Seunghee is always super helpful! Located perfectly in Hongdae, very close to the nightlife, but never bothered by the noise. Loved my stay here!

Seunghee is a really friendly host, I enjoyed my stay a lot! The location of the Airbnb is very good, I will definitely book it again the next time I stay in Seoul!
