A downstairs lavatory off the hallway. First floor Master bedroom with superking bed. Guest room with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Childrens room with bunk bed for two people. Childrens bedroom with small toddler bed (suitable for child up to age 5). Bathroom with standalone bath and separate shower. Garden A small garden with patio/lawned area with non-gas BBQ. Seating for 6 people. Parking On street parking, which can be busy at some times but spaces are always found. A travel cot can also be provided upon re-quest for no extra charge.
