Laura was a wonderful host who went above and beyond in kindness, warmth and responsiveness. The pictures provided don’t do justice to how gorgeous this location really is. The home is cozy and stylish, and the spot on the lake is just pure magic. Peaceful, still mornings on the paddle board for mom and playful afternoons in kayaks for the kids made a trip where everyone was happy. We live about an hour away and this will most definitely be our lake getaway location of choice. Wonderful for families or even a girls weekend or writers retreat. Don’t hesitate to book this home for your trip!

This was our second stay and we returned for a reason! The house is beautiful, every last detail is attended to with all the finishing touches. If you are visiting Tims Ford, THIS is the place to stay.

This is an amazing place for families! Super clean, has great amenities. Lots to do without even leaving the property! Steep driveway, so if you drive a manual, a large truck or SUV use extra caution when coming or going! Definitely would come back!

This was a fantastic stay! Home was super clean, everything we needed was there. The dock has just the right amount of privacy since it is at the end there isn't a ton of boat traffic going by, Making swimming and fishing stress free. We will be coming back to stay for sure!

Excellent unit in good location. I've been going to Tims Ford with our boat for 11 years, have rented various places. This was a perfect size, many of lake rentals are larger meant for >10 people. The price usually reflects that as well. My husband and I are the only ones traveling so this fit us better. The walk to the dock was not terribly steep, that is often a problem at lake rentals. They are VERY steep with lots of steps, this was not the case here. Convenient location. Very clean. There is wifi which works well, (also a frequent problem at the lake). TV is on the lower floor, not located on the floor with kitchen and main bedroom. For us that wasn't a problem however. Would definitely recommend and will likely go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
