This place suited my needs very well! Cozy, clean, and simple. Some details didn't match exactly with the descriptions or instructions, but everything was close enough that I was able to enter, use, and leave the space easily. The host had added a white-noise machine to compensate for the fact that noise travels pretty easy in old houses like that, but noise wasn't really an issue during my stay! Low-touch and low-maintenance check-in, check-out, and communication. Co-hosts were clear and responsive. Location was pretty good for travelers on a budget: about a 7-10 minute walk straight north on Scott takes you to Canal St to catch the streetcar down to the river/French Quarter (another 20-30 mins). A number of good and reasonably priced cafes within a 10-15 min walk (Mona's, Up & Adam). Would recommend!

Evan's spot was accessible, clean, convenient, and comfortable! Will definitely be hitting him up if I ever stop by NOLA again :)

Not the best air bnb I’ve stayed with over the years. Seedy neighborhood, thin walls, stained towels, no soap in the bathroom, fruit flies in the shower, random clutter / storage everywhere. I definitely felt shoved into a room here. Host was inconsiderate to my partner and I via message. There are small things one can offer to make their guests feel cozy.. listen to your reviews for the future!

We felt right at home at this Airbnb, it was a great location to explore New Orleans. It was very clean and comfortable inside, snacks and coffee were provided as well! The neighbors are very kind and even invited us over for a cookout.
