This house was GREAT! It was a very peaceful neighborhood and we did have views of the lake. The screened-in porch was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and every bedroom had ceiling fans or box fans. The AC worked well in the house and the bathrooms were very nice. The outside of the home is a little faded but the inside of the house has been decorated well and is very updated. The ice maker did not work during our stay and the water filter on the fridge needed to be changed, but we got a bad of ice and it was not a problem for us. The appliances all look brand new and very nice. We had plenty of room to enjoy our son's graduation from U of A. He will be moving close by in Rogers and we hope we can rent again.

Awesome house closw to Beaver lake you are near a boat ramp for paddleboarding (Carrie also gave us a recommendation of where to rent one of needed) and also just private enough for a private night on the patio would stay again!

Overall, a great place to stay! The location was right off the lake and close to town!

This home looked just like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the screened porch and loved the s’mores supplies and games provided to enhance our stay. It was really hot outside during our trip and the A/C worked great! The location was quiet and offered a few views of the lake between neighboring houses. This location was also near some main roads, restaurants and shopping. Overall it was just what we needed!
