So a couple of things, our balcony was closed, not sure why but we believe it was throughout the building, Evolve did inform me of this a couple of days prior to traveling, there were four of us, all women, less than two rolls of toilet paper between the four of us, T.V in one of the rooms didn't work and the cleaning process, we had to strip our beds and remove all towels from the bathroom, and throw garbage out, the cleaning service price at this airbnb is very high $171.00 and the apartment was spotless when we left, you wouldn't even know anyone had stayed there, however we went knowing about the cleaning fee but next time it'll be a visit elsewhere! Otherwise a great time had with great friends,

This was our second time staying here. Always enjoy it. Great location in Myrtle Beach. Your right near all the main attractions but far enough off the main road to still have peace and quiet. Room is so convenient to elevators, steps and pool. Love the ocean view. The beach is just steps away. Always has everything we need; blankets, towels, pool chairs, kitchen with all main appliances. We will defiantly be staying here again.

Our overall stay here was great because of the proximity to the pool and beach, although we were disappointed to find the hosts were slow to respond when we had a question about check in and when we checked in, we found dirty plates in the cupboard with greasy food remnants and some of the blankets for guest use smelled unclean. The beach chairs for guests to use were rusted and umbrella was half missing. We were also disappointed to find that basic amenities like hand soap were not provided.
