Ann was a delightful charming host. Our stay was comfortable and Ann was always on hand to answer any queries from attractions itinerary to best palm reader! We plan on returning again.

Ann was very friendly and welcoming, we arrived earlier than the check in time but our room was ready for us and we were able to put our luggage in there straightaway. The room was clean and a great size (enough room for 2 adults, a toddler and a dog), and it had everything you needed. It took us a while to find the hotel as it had changed its name since we booked it (now the Waterfront Hotel, not the Beach Hotel which we booked). This was not communicated to us by either Air bnb or the hotel, which would have been appreciated. We were also very disappointed upon arrival to find out that the car park at the hotel didn't belong to the hotel anymore and it would cost £14.95 to park there for 24 hours. When we booked the hotel the website stated there was free parking, and this was a big factor in our decision to book this particular hotel. Ann did advise that she has an arrangement with a car park a few streets away from the hotel, and it would cost £8 for 24 hours rather than £14.95. We did park at this car park, but it is a good walk away from the hotel. The hotel and room was very clean and had everything you needed. It was next door to McDonald's which is handy, and there is a tram stop pretty much across the road which makes the rest of Blackpool very accessible. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, providing you are not bothered about the parking situation.

A clean, budget hotel between Central and South piers and opposite a tram stop. Surprisingly quiet given it's location on the promenade. Front rooms give a wonderful seaview Beware that there is no longer free parking at the premises because the owner has sold out to NCP and you can only pay using an app on your phone at £15 a day. There are cheaper alternatives within walking distance.

Absolutely fantastic location for The Pleasure Beach with brilliant easy and spacious free parking. Budget accommodation and good value for money. Struggled with the shower but Ann was absolutely lovely :-)

Fantastic location, parking absolute bonus, Ann was lovely but unfortunately the cleanliness and lack of hot water let it down... Only got hot water when I asked for it... what a dual in the crown if these small issues were addressed.
