Pleasant stay in a safe community. Great local supermarket and restaurants. Lovely communal pool which was clean and peaceful. Fairly convenient by taxi for Dubai centre attractions. Would stay again.

Very nice house, but the owner needs more reliable cleaning, maintenance and gardening services. The house was quite dusty when we arrived, and there were always ants in the kitchen. It was fine after a whole day’s worth of cleaning. The dishwasher was not working from the day we checked in, and it took about 4 days until the maintenance team finally showed up, and it wasn’t repaired in time for our departure. The owner tried to arrange it for sooner, but they kept on not showing up even though they said they would. The gardener would water the plants at the main entrance every day very messily, so the main entrance was always wet and therefore your shoes would get dirty. Easily solved by moving the plants. Overall the house is really big and convenient, the owner just needs a reliable maintenance team and a deeper clean before checkin and it would be 4-5 stars easily.

Nice house with everything needed and Isabelle was helpful and easy to communicate with. Great location in Arabian Ranches II, with everything you need very close. I definitely recommend

Isabelle was very responsive and helpful to all my questions. The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in Ranches. We have 2 small boys so right next to the pool, playground and walking distance to shops + cheeky monkeys soft play. The Wi-Fi needs attention as it was in and out the entire time, but Isabelle was helpful in trying to fix that for us. Their is a neighbour hood cat that likes to come in the house and is at the door often, my boys loved seeing the cat, but I don’t like cats so it became a bit difficult as it seemed to really warm to the house. Everything was clean, enough towels, washer dryer dishwasher etc and it is perfect for a family. Thank you! ⭐️
