Joseph's place is great location out of the Venice noisy part, perfect to enjoy beach walk, morning run, biking, beach volley or surfing. further more it's really great to have a garage to park to, as parking around can be tricky especial on week ends.

Perfect place: right by the ocean (although not with a view of it - for that it would cost a lot more) and you can walk out onto the sand and into the sea, the door has a key code so no need to worry about losing keys. Having its own parking garage directly behind is a definite bonus esp in this area where parking otherwise even for residents can be tricky. The studio is as advertised, and is quiet, which again is a bonus given the area. Joseph was very responsive and helpful in all respects, a perfect host.

I had a delightfully calm stay at Joseph's place. It has all the necessities and perks of a hotel and bed and breakfast. Everything is brand new and minimalist. The complimentary parking itself is fantastic! Great to walk around the board walk right outside, yet quiet inside the apartment. Air conditioner works perfectly and the fridge. I highly recommend this place for a few days or for monthly, worth every penny.

The place is great, just as listed. It’s very simple, but it has everything you need for a month. I just moved to LA any it was an ideal first stay. The front door onto the beach is a great experience everyday.

Cons: Mattress was really hard Bathtub drain didn't close I was told delivery men know the gated code combo and will put packages inside the gated area, this didn't happen and my package was stolen. There was no washer and dryer as advertised. I was offered no alternative. Right after being refunded for the washer/dryer the host promptly requested over $100 for 2 remotes "missing" when I left.... Pros: Wonderful location, no bugs, good natural light, lot of space. The AC wasn't working and someone came out the next day
