Everything was clean, convenient for the location and felt safe. Derrick communicated well with us and was very kind.

Detrick was a great host and the accommodations were as described. The space was nice and clean. There were a few snacks (e.g., chips, water, crackers) for us in the kitchen which was a nice touch. Detrick was very attentive to our needs during our stay. One night we ordered out and the delivery driver just left the food on the porch. Detrick noticed it on the security cameras and texted us to let us know it was out there before it got cold! Access to the trolly is a short walk away.

Detrick was a fantastic host, always responsive and checked in throughout our stay. The space was exactly as described and we appreciated the snacks and water left for us! The place is about a 15 minute drive from the French Quarter or there are a few bus stops located within a 5 to 10 minute walk. NOLA offers bus, streetcar and ferry transportation so I would recommend getting a pass if you have the time for public transit to get around the city. Otherwise, Lyft and Uber’s aren’t too terrible. We were there during Jazz Fest so I think prices were a little higher than normal. The neighborhood felt safe to me, but I was with a group of people. We had a great stay and would recommend the place for a NOLA trip!

We had a fantastic time at Detrick‘s place and would come back any time. We came with 2 families with each 2 adults and kids and it worked like a charm. Parking was available and many restaurants were in walking distance

This place is a good stop in New Orleans and is exactly as described. Detrick was communicative and helped us with a toilet issue we had within a couple of hours of us letting him know. The only reason we give this a 4 star rating is the neighborhood, we felt on edge the whole stay with all Uber drivers telling us to watch out because it was a tough neighborhood.
