Great neighborhood with plenty to do. Margaret was a great host who provided clear instructions and made check in/out easy. The house also has plenty of beach equipment, games, and spots to hang out. It was a great experience and all we really needed to worry about was having fun. We will be back for sure!

Margaret was a great host. Her place was perfect for a multi-family stay. Love the access to the club with a gym, an indoor and outdoor pool, and small private beach. Easy access to restaurants and some good ones in close walking distance. Love the “stay guide” Margaret put together - definitely a pro host. We are forgoing to return!

This place was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of rooms and privacy. A open concept to allow family time and with the 3rd floor bedroom and bath provided privacy and peace for the grandparents, me and hubby.. The kitchen was stocked. Plenty of TVs for kids to have their own. The pac-man machine was the best. The indoor pool at the Clubhouse, short block and a half, was a plus as it was too cold for the beach. Did I say beach; when I realized how close we were. Just upset we did come in warmer weather. I would definitely recommend this place to others. You will not be disappointed.

Our family stayed at Margaret's place for New Year's Eve as a quick getaway. The neighborhood and house is so cute!! Plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Especially enjoyed the indoor pool right around the corner! Looking forward to returning during the summer months to enjoy the beach which was about a 3 minute walk from the house!

We stayed for thanksgiving 2023 and had a wonderful time and a beautiful place. Margaret was awesome and made sure we had a great stay. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Thank you.
