I stayed at this property only for few hours even though I had a reservation for 3 nights. I will share my experience. Positives: 1. Host, team and caretakers are all responsive and communicate consistently about check in/check out etc., 2. Location of this property is serene as described in the pictures. 3. Caretakers (Muthu and team) are always ready to look after your needs and they go above and beyond. Negatives: 1. This property is not a house as advertised in the filter (entire home in Airbnb), it is just 5 separate rooms with bathrooms attached. For this reason, this place is a ripoff. 2. Even the rooms and bathrooms are basic or below par like what you would see in roadside motels. 3. This property is connected to the main road via unpaved roads, so don’t plan on going out much.

Place was beautiful, very private, beautiful surroundings, best place for bachelor parties Location is bit tricky, outside the city, if you have an car then no issues We enjoyed a lot.

The property, located amidst a farm, offered a pleasant experience with all promised amenities and delicious, abundant food. The staff was attentive throughout our stay. However, the property requires significant maintenance, as there were stains and the bathrooms weren't in the best condition. Despite promises of 10 extra beds, only 8 were comfortable; the makeshift beds were unsatisfactory, and some rooms had ineffective air conditioning. Additionally, we faced water shortages in the evening due to pumping issues, causing considerable inconvenience, especially with elders and children in our group. This issue persisted for about 2 hours, causing frustration and thoughts of relocating to another hotel. Although the property has potential, the lack of upkeep and these issues did not justify the high cost, resulting in a disappointing experience.
