Might be fine for summer stay, but not so much for winter. The reality is, this is an old drafty house in need of some updates and maintenance. This is an obvious rental and everything in it was cheap and flimsy. There were several window panes with cracks, the storms flapped in the breeze and the furnace was super loud. The neighbors are crabby and had a fit whenever we had any company even if they squeezed in the driveway. I grew up there, so some of my company knew the neighbor and got an earful when they came to visit. The only entrance is the back door with a narrow entry. The front faces a steep hill with no sidewalk or stairs to the street, so parking for company is only in the back "alley" type space. Gravel drive, so when it snowed, there was no real easy way to shovel the snow. Cookware on hand was fine, but no cookie sheets for french fries or nuggets, and the knives and utensils were cheap serrated Wal-mart quality. There were 6 of us, but only a few towels. Just lacking
