I stayed for a month while I worked nearby. It is very close to Industry City mini-mall and to the express train 2 stops to Manhattan. A beautiful historic cemetery to walk around. Room was clean and lit with central AC in a new building. Shared spaces are great. I actually met Jason; he is very friendly and responsive to messages. Wonderful stay. I would recomment it to my friends and business guests.

Great place, good communication, nice location right next to the DNR line which makes transportation around Brooklyn and to Manhattan very easy, my one qualm would be that the wardrobe cannot open fully because the desk blocks it, so there is less closet space than I would like, but overall I really enjoyed staying in Jason's condo!

Great clean spot. I enjoyed my time here and one of the best beds ever. Close to subway that has the D/N/R and many food places to try. Area was safe and quiet.
