The views and closeness of the water cannot be overrated! It was truly gorgeous even in the rain, and we got to see pods of harbor porpoises swimming by. The gated community has trails all along the water, great for walking and running. Rose was very communicative and super helpful both before and during the stay. The space was clean and spacious, and it had clearly been set up with a lot of care. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet, and the upstairs office setup. The back deck was amazing, and worth being out on even in the rain (there's a bit of overhang for shelter). Be sure to check out the Wild Felid Center just 10min away - amazing! Would recommend the balcony bedroom for kids sleeping near parents or folks that don't mind being the first ones up and last to bed. The main floor bed also has a loud metal frame and is not the best fit for light sleepers. Overall though, it was an great visit, and we'd highly recommend the space and host!

Great house with separately areas for each of us. We were on a girlfriends’ long weekend and this had all we wanted. Rose was very helpful and responsive even when we had a mishap about arrival time. I’d absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful location and lovely cabin that was great for family. We loved going for walks on the trail system the house is on and looking at all the marine life from inside.

The location is lovely but remote. We used the game room and played ping pong and pool. We had a medical emergency and had to get to a large hospital quickly and it took us over an hour and a half in the dark and rain. The third bedroom is a large landing at the top of the staircase, not a dedicated bedroom so the early riser woke up the child sleeping in the landing area. I would describe the house as more of a cabin than a house as it still has wall heaters. Rose was very responsive to our questions.

Rose was an excellent host and very responsive. The home was clean and comfortable. Very peaceful and the perfect getaway to gather your thoughts or spend the day enjoying all the amenities. I will be back for sure.
