Catherine was generous and willing to help when it suited her. the place matched the photos , very big. The place is on a corner where a lot of people walk with their pets, we had to clean up their pet waste and even the neighbors had noticed and apologized. We did that because one day I got a charge of $50 and it said pet clean up, she went to mow the next place( its a duplex) and said she picked up dog droppings, it was however not from our pet, I tried to explain that dogs go through the yard all the time. we just picked up and went along. I noticed after staying there she had listed more rules in order to try and get more money out of the tenants staying there. communication was overall good. she would respond in a timely matter, if we needed somthing fixed. we had asked for 6 months, however I travel for work and contract ended soon and she was unwilling to change the dates, because she stated she would be out money. beds are comfortable, the little sofas are not and very small

Catherine’s place suited us perfectly. It is about 1 mile from downtown Murphysboro but there are shops and bar - Big Muddy Brewery being a favourite of ours within walking distance. The bungalow is spacious with everything we needed. Catherine was a great host thank you

Catherine’s house was lovely, very spacious. It’s on a main road so easy access but also very quiet.
