Cute Place! Nice room. Abundant snacks and drinks. The outside hot tub was nice. House was well maintained. Rae was an excellent communicator.

BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE EVER! I travel frequently for work, so I frequently stay in hotels and AirBnb’s. My stay here was amazing. The house, the host… all a perfect combination making this genuinely one of my favorite AirBnb locations/experiences! The house is literally EVERYTHING you can imagine & better. The photos of the place on the app don’t even come close to showcasing its true beauty in person. Rae is also an amazing host! So accommodating, nice, helpful… We basically booked this room at the last minute. Not only was Rae super responsive and helpful with getting reservations finalized, but also went out of the way to ensure an amazing experience. The hot tub had been closed for cleaning routine maintenance, however, by the time we arrived the hot tub was already cleaned, filled, and warming back up. Rae did that because I had mentioned my husband and I having sore muscles after hiking and rock climbing for the weekend. I will stay here again. Frequently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic stay at Rae's! Hull House was absolutely gorgeous from top to bottom. Rae has impeccably furnished, decorated and maintained this incredible historic mansion. The wide array of snacks, coffees & teas, desserts and chilled beverages was a lovely unexpected touch. Murphysboro was a lovely little town and we enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner. 17th Street BBQ shouldn't be missed! For hikers, we highly recommend the Little Grand Canyon trail. We felt very much at home during our two days at Hull House and it was tough to leave. We hope to be back someday!

Absolutely beautiful piece of history on the National register of Historic Places! Although we didn’t forget anything, there was an entire large basket full of toiletry items - deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpastes, shampoo, etc available in case we did. The sheets were sooo perfect - I had to check the brand to buy some for home. The in-room Keurig with a huge assortment of pods was great! There was a beautiful claw foot tub that I was so looking forward to soaking in. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance because… the outside HOT TUB was absolute perfection and really hit the spot after a long day of exploring and hiking. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. My only regret is not staying the 2nd night bc we already had reservations at a hotel. I certainly hope we have a chance to visit again!
