This was a great place to stay in Kernville. Ty was super responsive and easy to communicate with. An amazing space to share with my family for Thanksgiving!

Very spacious, a great place to gather with friends and family - both indoors and outdoors. We had epic game nights and enjoyed star gazing in the hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve a group of 7 and there was even a flattop grill which we made use of as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful, well kept, and super relaxing. Home has everything we needed for a fun weekend and Ty was extremely responsive and proactive yo ensure we had everything we needed. Go for the hot tub, stay for gorgeous views, cozy couch, plush carpet, and warm heater :D

The house is super clean and big. Jacuzzi is so cool! We lover everything in this house! Had a wonderful get away days here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ty and Laura’s home! The house was very spacious, open, and perfect for our group of 7. We will definitely be coming back when we are in kernville!
