We live locally, but needed a place to stay while some repairs were being made at our house. We felt right at home from the first day. The neighborhood is very quiet and attractive. Safety is of the utmost importance to us, and this area feels very secure. Neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. This is the most well appointed AirBNB we've ever stayed at. The kitchen especially is especially nice and has all the latest gadgets. I love the cookware so much I'm buying the same kind for our house! The neighborhood is also very walkable. The wash is a short walking distance and our dogs love to go over there for their exercise and playtime. Finally, Jim is very friendly and kind. He's super attentive and quickly responds to messages. Great guy to work with! We would not hesitate to stay here again should the need arise.

The area is older with established trees etc. close to a Safeway, restaurants and 4 miles from Sabino Canyon recreation area. Lots of nice helpful folks in the neighborhood. The unit is well appointed and nicely decorated. The pools and hot tub are very close. If you have dogs, the area is pet friendly with lots of neighbor dogs(all quiet)pet waste stations and walkable streets(limited access to area). Tucson is a great place. Lots to do. Great bike trails. University. Mt Lemmon. Day trips to Tubac Tombstone Biosphere and Phoenix.

I've stayed in many B&B's and this was by far the best I've EVER stayed in. From booking to the end of the stay,Jim answered all of our questions immediately - most responsive host ever! That was just the beginning - the home itself is move in ready for anyone - immaculate and well stocked, from 12 place setting dishes, to the quality pots, pans, to the appliances (even has a Vitamix blender!) Usually we have to stop and pick up supplies when we're staying somewhere for a week, such as tissue, paper towels, coffee filters. Not so here - enough was provided for the entire week. We only had to purchase our food. The beds are super comfortable with quality bedding; bathrooms are stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, plush towels. Each bedroom has a large screen TV with many streaming apps and hundreds of channels. 12 Pickleball courts are just a 5 minute drive away from the home. Two immaculate community pools and a hot tub were very quiet. Thank you Jim!!!!!!

Everything was as advertised here. Beautiful place, lots of amenities, easy to access. We had two Grandparents, a parent, two grandchildren, and three dogs, and needed a place to stay because of a restoration at our nearby home because of a water leak. We were all comfortable at Jim's and probably more people/dogs than went there before? The courtyard worked out great for our dogs, the beds and kitchen were fine, and we were able to use multiple computers at the house (the three adults all had needs for a good Wifi). Only suggestion -- bedrooms could use more table space and bureaus with drawers for people who engage the place for longer periods of time. Also, one garage door opener was OK and we loved having the two car garage, but we have three cars for the three adults. We worked it out fine -- there is lots of nearby parking for the third car and the community seems very safe. Our granddaughters really enjoyed the heated pool on the weekends when they weren't in school. Jim, thank
