We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the cabin. It was nice to disconnect and go “off-grid” while also feeling close to a beautiful town with all the required amenities. The cabin itself is stunning! It looks to be constructed using traditional joinery without a screw or nail in sight. The wood burning fireplace was easy to get going and the propane stove allowed us to boil water for coffee and cook whatever we wanted to. Perfectly rustic and comfortable. We didn’t explore the property as much as we’d like due to the weather, but it was beautiful and private. We even came across a couple deer on our walks! We can’t wait to return during the winter.

We just adored our time at the cabin in the woods. It’s exactly as described and the perfect amount of rustic. We enjoyed being off grid for a weekend and hearing only the wind and the wildlife. We’ll most certainly be back.

Just wow! Very happy to have chosen this cabin for my stay. It was quiet and cozy…exactly what I needed! Nice walk in the woods, great outdoor fireplace with a hammock and a charming cabin. Thank you Kandace!

Nous avons décidé de passer Noël dans la cabane de Kandace. L’emplacement au milieu des bois était parfait! Nous sommes arrivés de nuit, Kandace nous a laissé des instructions très claires et avait prévu des frontales pour nous. La cabane est encore plus charmante que sur les photos. Tout y ait pour s’évader et passer un excellent moment. Nous sommes restés 7 jours. Le manque d’électricité et d’eau n’ont jamais été un problème. Une grosse batterie permet de recharger les lanternes électriques et il était possible de remplir les bidons d’eau directement chez Kandace, qui habite à 600 mètres plus loin. Kandace a toujours été réactive et attentive à tous nos besoins. Je recommande les yeux fermés cette cabane dans les bois.

My partner and I had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary at Kandace's cabin! It was such a peaceful, private, and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!
