The residence was great, and perfectly matched what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we were not that impressed with Cocoa Beach itself. We ended up spending most of our time on the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge and Canaveral National Seashore, which was a quick drive. The beaches available at the National Seashore were a lot cleaner and less crowded, and we got to take a few nature hikes. All in all, for the price I think this was a great find and we had a great vacation. PS: We did not have a beach umbrella and made use of Monique and Sal's one available at the condo. It did have some issues holding up to some of the stronger ocean breezes after many years of avid use! If you have your own we would recommend bringing it, but if you are like us and do not, it does the job.

Very nice condo. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Location is so close to the beach and pier. Hosts are very attentive and easy to reach. I’d come back.

This is the second year we have stayed here and had a wonderful time. The home is welcoming and is in a central location to the beach and to local restaurants. The ocean view from the balcony make sunrise and surfing watching a must. Loved it.
