House was nice. Good location for what we were there for. Some miscommunication on the checkout date. Not sure why. They’re trying to make us pay for an extra night when we didn’t stay an longer then what we booked it for

The house at 38 Perry was a very pleasant small house. It was easy to find (we arrived after dark). We appreciated the ease of using it as a base for exploring the Bangor area. We did find that keeping the bedrooms cool was a challenge since the only ac unit was located in the kitchen. The deck out back was lovely, it had an expansive meadow where bees, butterflies and birds flitted about. There was noticeable road noise from the highway but late at night it quieted down and wasn’t obtrusive. The binder that was included was expansive and extremely helpful to us. Overall it was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood local to everything we wanted to do in Bangor.

Great location, nice neighborhood, close to downtown but private. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good. We were hoping to use the treadmill because it was in the pictures. It turned out that the treadmill was in the basement which was locked.

The house was everything we wanted and more. The house being airconditioned was a very welcomed feature . The house was immaculate. The staff was very helpful and friendly and on call 24hrs. if needed. I would definitely stay here again. .
