Marcus was very approachable. There was an issue with the tv and he was on it quickly and resolved it without a problem. I’ve stayed in this area at Airbnb’s many times, so I knew that this location had everything I wanted and needed. I also met his wife who is certainly a lovely woman. I think they’ve done a very good job with this space. Do notice how small the bathroom sink is. Instead of splashing water all over, I used a washcloth to rinse my face. It wasn’t an issue for me. Today on the way back from lunch at Geraldine’s, there was a group of about 8-10 musicians of disparate ages who sounded like they were just having fun jamming in an out-of-the-way space. Kind of a stereotype of a ‘cool Seattle’ that I never thought actually existed. Sure was a neat experience!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The unit is conveniently located and very clean. Had all the amenities I needed and I felt very safe walking short distances to the shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery store. I definitely hope to stay again when I come back to visit relatives nearby.

I chose Marcus’s place because it was maybe .5mi from the link line. It’s also very walkable to the CCP (grocery store), restaurants, and Kaiser Permanente which I had to go to. The place is as described. I didn’t cook much so really only used the microwave. The washer and dryer came in handy as did the umbrella that was there. Overall a great place for me to stay while traveling to SODO every day.

We had a wonderful stay with Marcus. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and has everything you need. Very close to Columbia City downtown, with many good restaurants. Easy walk to the Link as well. Very easy parking. Would be happy to stay again!
