Very private and very clean. Super host and you don't have to share bathroom etc. Coffee bar is great and fully stocked for you in the morning. Will plan on staying here again.

Beta’s place is in a great location. Sadly, it was dog hair filled, dirty, and she doesn’t want a service dog or you with a disability. There is no kitchen. It is not private. Between you and the owner’s home is the wall of home and 25 steps from bathroom door is a locked door to their home. Lake? Nope. I do believe their is great potential as Neta had a WELCOME sign w/my name. The a/c is amazing. It is quiet & the bed is comfortable however the covers under the comforter looked a lot rumpled. Some food crumbs left in sheets, so laid on top of bed. There is an 8x10 cooler that holds 2 bottles. . Only plastic spoons, no table and styrofoam coffee cups. Ask LOTS of questions.

Beta’s place started out, while looking only online, as promising, clean & relaxing. Yet upon arrival beyond the welcome sign I was greeted with harassment & discrimination regarding my service dog trained to do a specific task for me. Accusations and threats were hurled at me. There was no welcome from Neta. Then the filth that was found in this ROOM not SUITE that is NOT private bc their house is connected by the bedroom wall and 25 steps from their living area a single locked door. She lists as a Bed & Breakfast-not. Kitchen w/utensils-not. Then the enhanced clean-filth, human toe nail clippings next to toilet, SHORT haired dog sheddings all over bathroom rug, burrs in the fuzzy rug by bed. Shook out and the filth cleaned up by me made me want to puke. The sheets looked as though they had been slept in several times & food crumbs still lingering. Neta was not hospitable at all. She sorely misrepresented her space. She was ugly to my face & then ignored any requests that should have been handled. Her space has so much potential. Sadly, a trip I sorely needed and looked forward to came crashing down exactly 30 minutes after I walked through the door
