We’d love to give this place five stars— the home is amazingly spacious, the pool & hot tub were awesome, and there were plenty of beds for everyone. But these were things that made our stay difficult/off-putting. The GPS coordinates were challenging to coordinate with 5 families, (the gps coordinates given via text message were to the house & not the gate? It caused a family member to end up on the west side of the lake on a 4-wheeler road) We used the oven according to instructions, but it never got hot enough to cook things in a timely manner. There were 10 remotes for the tv upstairs (only 1 with batteries), and we couldn’t get either TV to work to stream shows/movies for the kids. Someone found crushed up chips & vanilla wafers in their bed, the laundry room was full of unwashed bedding/towels, and things didn’t seem spotless (ie. used bars of soap in the showers). However, this is an excellent airbnb for large families who need space.

Had a great weekend stay. Tons of rooms for the whole family and lots to do! I would stay again.

Fun little getaway! Beautiful views and the pool/hot tub was amazing. Unfortunately Yuba was drained this year. Consequently, no lake activities. Pool and hot tub definitely made up for the absence of the lake though! We would definitely come and stay again.

Wow! We had a great time at this beautiful location! Amazing view of the lake and the surrounding hills. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The kids played in the pool the entire time. There was also a fun basketball hoop on the side of the pool that was really fun. There was also soft turf surrounding the pool so it made it comfortable to lounge around the pool. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone to stay. The host was VERY accommodating and friendly. Whenever I had a question, he was very quick to respond. Staying here was just an awesome experience!

Exceeded expectations. The location is ideal for a quiet family get away. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the game room. The 7 bedrooms are great for a large group, and there were plenty of beds for everyone. The hosts were available and responsive. We would love to come back!!!
