纳萨拉 · 整套民居 · 2室3床2.5卫 · 可住5人 · Peaceful Sanctuary Elevated in the Trees NEW POOL!
Newly built and beautifully decorated, this unique place has a style all its own. Custom furniture imported from Bali compliment the peaceful modern feeling of a mystical sanctuary. With just a 5 minute walk through the "monkey path" in the woods you arrive at the secluded N. Pelada beach, famous for the most amazing sunsets. A 5 minute walk in the other direction brings you to the Boca (rivermouth) part of the Biological Nature Reserve, where you find many species of birds, and other wildlife. This Canopy Level Villa offers beautiful views of the surrounding trees often occupied by families of howler monkeys. The outdoor covered terrace has a tree-house feel to it and is perfect for lounging on the Bali bed, or outdoor dining surrounded by nature. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom even has a freestanding bath tub. The second bedroom is set up as a split level with a loft, allowing for separate spaces for each queen bed and their closets. Siblings love this room as it is like two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This villa has a 2- car garage for protected parking and storing surf boards or beach items. The Casa Noche property boasts a unique split-level compound of two separate villas on a landscaped lot with a gorgeous infinity salt water pool. The set up of this property offers a lot of privacy, including separate entrances using completely different roads to access each villa. The pool and surrounding pool patio are common areas. This is not your typical airbnb rental as it is also my beloved home and the good energy is palpable. It is well appointed and the attention to detail is evident with all the comforts and amenities needed to enjoy your stay. You will enjoy a well stocked kitchen, modern appliances, comfortable linens and modern boho decor in a bright and clean living space.
Perfect place for a peaceful week! This was the perfect place for my husband and I and our three kids, 21, 18 and 16. The kids were happy to have good internet, AC and the beautiful pool. My husband and I loved the quietude, the huge balcony/outdoor space with the daybed and just seeing trees and no other buildings, as well as the walking distance to the beach (you can run/walk from the house for over 4 miles along the beach in one direction!). The house is exactly as described, spacious, clean, tasteful, quiet. The pool is warm and big enough to actually swim. You need a 4WD to get there over the bumpy dirt roads. There is a big supermarket maybe 2-3 miles away. We did most of our cooking in the house (the kitchen is well equipped). We saw lots of cool wildlife just from the balcony and walking the neighborhood. Kristin is a wonderful and very responsive host, helping with practical things and tips on where to do what. All of us were sad to leave and hope to come back!
Kristin’s place was very beautiful, clean and peaceful. We had a truck to get around which was helpful to explore different restaurants in Nosara. The house layout was great. I highly recommend staying at Kristin’s place and would stay there again!
Great location close to beach. House was peaceful and calm. Nice view from the treetops. Enjoyed our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. My daughter loved the loft bed in the second bedroom. Plenty of space for our family with 2 kids.
We LOVED Kristin’s sanctuary of a home. It was peaceful, beautiful, clean, well equipped and cozy. We stayed for one week with our 3 year old and 8 year old; they loved having their own sleep spaces and “kid” room. We chose the top unit so that our kids wouldn’t have as easy access to the pool, which worked out so well for our family. It also offered a beautiful view and large patio space that we utilized daily for coffee, naps, reading, eating, lounging, listening to the rain and watching all the monkeys run through the trees. The pool space was lovely for both the adults and kids. The space had everything we needed plus some. We walked to the river mouth one day with our children and mostly drove to town because Nosara is a little spread out. There wasn’t any noisy construction during our stay which was really important to us and house felt really safe and secure. I highly recommend this spot for families, although this space works well for most small groups!
Kristin's home is beautiful. The design and decor are stunning, and the outdoor space can't be beat. We loved sitting on the outdoor bed in the evenings, listening to the wildlife and watching the birds and monkeys. Our kids loved the pool. We did not realize before we arrived that there are two properties that share the pool. It wasn't an issue for us as the second wasn't booked - but it could have been weird if there were other renters. (My kids played a loud game in the pool that surely would have annoyed the other guests!) The property manager, Andreina, was wonderful. She was super responsive and met us there at check-in. It was really nice knowing she was close by if we had issues or questions. The location was secluded, but you could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We loved Playa Pelada but did our (beginner) surfing in Guiones to avoid the rocks. Ceiling fans were great and AC all worked well. There were a few bugs, as you'd expect in the jungle. Overall - great!
This is a quiet residential location with walking distance to the beach and the rivermouth below Lagarta Lodge in Playa Pelada. There is a great monkey trail to the beach just a 5 minute walk to the hidden gem of North Pelada, a local's favorite for fabulous sunsets. A short walk to a secret surf spot (info upon request) is also a bonus of this neighborhood. You will enjoy the tranquil jungle vibe that is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of Guiones. You can walk the beach (or dirt road) to reach the commercial area of Pelada where there are shops, restaurants and bars, like Olga's on the beach. Don't miss a sunset dinner (make a res!) at La Luna or lounge on their couches for a leisurely brunch. Pelada is where it is at if you want to feel the local flavor!
There is a lot to explore by foot in the neighborhood, such as the beach, river-mouth and Biological Reserve hiking trails. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, about 15-20 minutes away or you can call a tug tub, the local mode of hired transportation. There is also a secret surf spot to walk to (ask me if you are a surfer!) However, most surf and all the action is in Playa Guiones and it is recommended to have a vehicle or plan on calling for a tuk tuk.
There is a garage on the upper road entrance where you can park 2 small vehicles or one large. The lower road entrance offers outside parking inside the gate for 2 more cars.
