The stables is part of Moonavaud Holiday village which has two other holiday homes, namely The Cosy Cow house and The Farm cottage. All are all within the same farm Court Yard. Moonavaud Holiday village is ideal for large family groups or if more than one family are taking holidays together. Located on the Waterford copper coast, and a few minutes walk to Ballyvooney and Stradbally cove. The Waterford Greenway is less than 2km away. Mahon falls and Clonea beech less than 15 min drive. The building was restored in 2022 ensuring none of its Character has been changed. Its name comes from it former purpose as a home for the work horses on the farm. It is highly insulated, and comfortable for 5 people. Room 1 has a king bed and Room 2 has one single bed and a bunk bed. The property has all modern requirements including fast internet, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. Access to the property is extremely easy and extra security features are in place such as electric gates and CCTV. During the warmer months a basket ball hoop and goal posts are provided for entertainment out doors. Also in 2022 a Gazebo is under development allowing for comfortable outdoor dining and relaxing. Children can play safely outside in the courtyard where traffic is kept to a minimum. The property is also ideal for people looking to work for short periods of time where a quiet space is required.
