I stayed at Christopher’s place for a month during Mardi Gras and it was a wonderful stay. Christopher made sure the apartment was stocked with snacks, which was very thoughtful. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The building the apartment is in is older, as with most things in this part of the city, but it was in good repair and the neighbors are very nice. The location cannot be beat. The St Charles streetcar stops right outside the building and the entire garden district is infinitely walkable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This place was amazing for my stay in New Orleans. I stayed at this place for about 9 months as a travel nurse, which was awesome. The location is great for someone wanting to live in the city but experience some quiet. It is also on the parade route for most Mardi Gras parades. I would highly recommend it.

I learned that New Orleans is the land of "don't judge a book by its cover" because you may feel unsure at what it looks like on the outside, however, nothing is lacking. Chris Airbnb looks exactly as it is shown and it is secure. I was goofy on my first day and as opposed to pushing the gate open, I was steady pulling (lol). I truly enjoyed my stay there. The area this Airbnb is located in holds so much from a coffee house to a fresh market grocery store down the street. The neighbors were polite and friendly! I truly felt comfortable being away from home in this neighborhood. I experienced second lines and a parade of bicycles! It was a gorgeous stay. Make sure you try the tacos that are nearby as well! The only thing you will want to schedule is taking out your trash. It's a little small to me for the apartment, but he provided plenty of bags and more. I appreciate Chris and all of his assistance. I would highly recommend this place to stay!
