We've stayed at Nimmi's place for few months, and we've enjoyed every day of it. The house is located in a quite area, spacious and has proper amenities. The beds are comfortable, and the whole house is cooled down with a central AC, something that made our stay very comfortable especially during the hot season. Nimmi communicated clearly, was very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store in a walking distance or 2 minutes in a car, which was handy. I cannot fault anything about this place, it's only positives. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience staying at Nimmi’s. Very responsive and proactive host, she would make sure I have everything I need. I have stayed for 5 weeks and we felt like home in this comfy place. Everything is clean and tidy, very impressive! Also it is a very good location with nice playgrounds nearby and newly built supermarket. Just few minutes drive to Cockburn Gateway shopping mall, local library and Cockburn ARC swimming and community centre. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay in Perth

We stayed at Nimmis place for a sporting tournament so it was suitable location and functional for this purpose. It was roomy, clean and had essential washing machine, dryer and full kitchen facilities allowing us to feel at home whilst visiting Perth and playing in sport in various locations. Easy to get on the freeway. Close to shops. The neighbourhood was quiet. No problem with noise or interruptions.
