Daniel’s place was absolutely perfect for us to stay at for 12 nights with a newborn awaiting ICPC approval. The location was perfect— quiet but also close to everything, private, and easy to get in and out of. There is private parking which is nice but also very easy street parking. There were plenty of supplies including soap, garbage bags, coffee, and sweeteners. The bed is a memory foam (but doesn’t sleep hot) king size mattress. The shower pressure is very nice and lots of room in the walk in closet. The only thing I would change is the couch—it’s a bit uncomfortable but most people probably aren’t spending as much time on the couch as we did, holding a baby and getting used to parenthood away from home. The work station was perfect for my husband to continue to work while away, but with enough room for a laptop and second monitor. If we ever find ourselves in Richardson again, we will definitely seek out another reservation with Daniel!

We had a fantastic stay! Daniel was an exceptional host, providing clear and detailed instructions for everything we needed to know before and during our stay. He was incredibly responsive, promptly answering any questions we had and ensuring we were well taken care of. The area was quiet and the property was comfortable, and there were lots of amazing restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. We enjoyed peaceful mornings with coffee on the back deck watching a hummingbird build a tiny nest :) We highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

The unit was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to Whole food grocery store and lots of restaurants. It has a gated garage parking and a huge dog park right across. It was a bit hard to find the unit initially because since we checked in late, the street parking was all full. We had to park somewhere else a bit further from the building and threw us off a bit to follow Daniel's instructions. Overall experience was great staying at Daniel's place as he had all the supplies you need. We had a comfortable stay, thank you for having us!

This place was exactly as described and pictured. Close to Whole Foods, restaurants, dog park and Nature Preserve walking area. Very safe neighborhood with a lot of dogs going to the dog park : ) Kitchen had all of your basic amenities including a blender. The apartment had dishsoap, garbage bags, laundry soap, sponge. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends/family.
