Mark and Kathy were the most gracious hosts, their home was so beautiful, spotless and far exceeded our expectations! We all had an amazing time spending our family vacation at Mark and Kathy’s home. The home has everything you can imagine, from a huge fully stocked kitchen with all amenities, to the gorgeous outdoor backyard space including stunning pool and hot tub and outdoor grill/ kitchen island. It made it the perfect environment to have such a fun cozy family get together! The outdoor space was certainly a highlight with the firepit, beautiful grill and bbq set up and pool area - we all enjoyed the amenities the home offered it felt like we were at a high end resort.Everything in their home was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms were all super comfortable and we all felt we had ample space and privacy, and enjoyed the water views and sitting rooms! The hosts were very responsive and helped answer any questions that we had throughout the weekend. Would highly recommend and stay again

Our family so enjoyed our stay at Bakers Cove. We have a young baby and the basement apartment was so comfortable for all of us to unwind and relax. It's spacious and cozy and we loved being able to make our own food in the incredible full-kitchen! We all enjoyed walks in the neighborhood as well, as the surroundings are so beautiful. The neighbors were very friendly to us and being right on the water made for the perfect winter escape. Would recommend to anyone as the perfect getaway!

We’ve stayed at MANY properties all over the USA and this one is our absolute favorite. We will definitely be booking again. It was such a blessing to be with our adult and teen children and the property was perfection with the pool, hottub, outdoor kitchen, firepit, trampoline, the layout of the interior of the house is incredible for family reunions. The landscaping is pristine. Can’t say enough how much the homeowners put into the house and it’s amenities. TOP NOTCH! Our only issue was the pool didn’t get enough direct sun which was a bummer. That’s something that can be remedied easily though and we hope they do. Overall, we had such an amazing time and our kids all messaged us as they headed back to their respective states/homes to say what a phenomenal time they had.

Great home for a vacation with kids. The pool is great, the house is very well equipped and the fire pit is a lot of fun for making s’mores. The hosts are incredibly responsive and it’s clear that they really care about the house.

We were attracted to the home as it had the amenities/general location we wanted. The owner was upfront before booking that we would not be able to keep our boat in front of the house (as the photo suggests), so we reserved a slip at a marina close by. Overall, the homeowner goes to great lengths to create a welcoming and positive experience for all guests. This is a cozy, well appointed, and well maintained home in a nice setting with tech features and very clean. However, two factors negatively affected our overall experience, both of which should have been disclosed prior to our booking. First, a current rift with the neighbor across the street made it VERY clear that renters are NOT welcome in the neighborhood. This has been brewing for a long time and is bad. Second, there is a constant foul smell wafting from the public lobster dock next door. All day and night. This makes use of the beautiful patio space undesirable. Lovely home and homeowner, but ask questions.
