The cabin is very well located, clean and cute. Jackie was great with communication and even left us 2 beach chairs to use since we were travelling from Los Angeles. The outdoor area is great with a BBQ and fire pit. The one surprise was that the only shower was located outside (i.e. no shower inside). We had great weather so this wasn't too much of an issue, but showering at night was definitely interesting.

We enjoyed our stay at this tiny house/studio! The outside space had plenty of seating options and felt private. Inside was very clean and well decorated. Remember to pack your own blankets, sheets, pillows, and bath towels because they are not provided with this Airbnb. The host was quick and responsive when an issue arose when the door locks were not working. The shower (outside) was good enough but I would have loved more water pressure, especially to wash my sandy hair. The beach was about a 15 minute walk away. Overall, I thought this place was very nice

A quaint, lovely cottage, with beautiful beachy decor and a garden that feels secluded. It is in a neighborhood full of sandy dirt roads and a 15 minute walk to the Sunken Meadow Beach, on the bay side of the cape. It is also an easy drive to so many of the other incredible ocean beaches as well as the local towns with their many attractions. The queen size bed was very comfortable and our daughter slept happily in the single mattress in the loft. *Please note that this property has no indoor bath or shower.* We knew from the listing that there was an outdoor shower but we didn’t realize that there was no option for bathing indoors. That said, the weather was nice and the outdoor shower was private and had plenty of warm water for the whole family. Jackie was very responsive to messages, even on a holiday, which we really appreciated.
